Out of Touch: the song and its release
Uniting Nations’ Out of Touch is a 2004 dance reworking of the Hall & Oates song. The project was formed by Paul Keenan and Daz Sampson, as described by rights owner Phoenix Music International. The official Spinnin’ Records video identifies the release year as 2004.
Official Charts records a UK singles peak of No. 7. This refers to Uniting Nations’ version, rather than the chart history of the earlier Hall & Oates recording.
Who are the models in the Out of Touch video?
The official label upload does not provide individual cast credits. We have not independently verified a complete cast list, so names repeated in informal online lists are not presented here as confirmed credits.

Watch the official music video published by UnitingNationsVEVO above, or choose the extended mix under Other official versions. YouTube dates the music-video upload to 10 June 2021; that is an upload date, not the 2004 song release.
