About UOK
U.O.K. has spent more than a decade moving between ambient, chillout, space-minded electronica and club-oriented material without losing the atmospheric identity at the centre of the project. The catalogue connects long-form, cinematic electronic music with melodic downtempo, trance-adjacent textures and, later, a more direct tech-house pulse.
Atmosphere before category
From early chillout releases to a renewed independent catalogue, U.O.K. has treated genre as a palette rather than a boundary.
U.O.K. is the electronic music project of Ukrainian musician and producer Andrey Borgoyakov. Early releases established a sound built around spacious arrangement, melodic detail and a strong sense of place: tracks often unfold patiently, combining ambient and chillout foundations with downtempo rhythm, trance-derived harmony and cinematic, space-themed imagery.
The first widely distributed U.O.K. release arrived in 2010, followed by the 2012 album Emperor's Palace. That period already showed the project's characteristic scale: long-form electronic pieces, recurring cosmic and travel motifs, and a preference for atmosphere over conventional pop structure.
The Galileo Dreams period expanded that vocabulary. Change of Mind appeared in 2013, while the 2014 album Absence of Gravity became one of the central releases in the catalogue, combining ambient and chillout with more rhythmic electronic forms. The 2015 Alive EP tightened the format without abandoning the project's melodic and spatial character.
U.O.K. later pushed further into club music. Serious Pug introduced a more explicit tech-house side of the project, while Edge of the Universe in 2020 returned to the deep-space chillout aesthetic in a compact four-track release.
In 2026 the project entered a new independent phase through its official Bandcamp. Serious Pug (Extended Edition 2026) revisited the club-oriented material, followed days later by Reworks. Chapter I, a collection that deliberately reshaped older U.O.K. tracks into softer, deeper and more atmospheric versions rather than simply remastering them.
Key moments
A catalogue that moves from early chillout and ambient work through label releases, club experiments and a 2026 independent return.
U.O.K. EP
The early six-track release includes “First Snow (To Winter With Love),” “Free World,” “Seaside,” “August Clouds” and “The Disappearance Of The Sun.”
Emperor's Palace
The album arrives via Bonzai Back Catalogue, extending U.O.K.'s melodic chillout language into a full-length release.
Change of Mind
Galileo Dreams releases a six-track ambient, chillout and space-music set including “Save The Planet” and “Spring Comes.”
Absence of Gravity
A thirteen-track album becomes a major statement of U.O.K.'s atmospheric electronic style, spanning ambient, chillout, downtempo and trance-influenced textures.
Alive EP
The four-track Galileo Dreams release presents a shorter, more concise side of the project with “Alive,” “I Wanted To Tell You,” “Aqua Pura” and “Night And Coast.”
Serious Pug
U.O.K. moves decisively toward tech house, expanding the project's stylistic range beyond its ambient and chillout core.
Edge of the Universe
A four-track mini-album returns to cosmic chillout and ambient territory with “Edge Of The Universe,” “Star Seeker,” “Stellar Abode” and “Andromeda Nebula.”
Serious Pug — Extended Edition
The project relaunches the tech-house material independently through the official UOK Bandcamp as an expanded six-track edition.
Reworks. Chapter I
Older tracks are reimagined rather than merely remastered, preserving their original mood while opening the arrangements into a softer and deeper contemporary sound.
Essential tracks
Six recordings that trace the project from its early chillout identity to its current independent phase.
A catalogue built around atmosphere
U.O.K.'s most consistent signature is not a single tempo or genre but an approach to space, melody and mood. The project can move from slow ambient pieces to rhythmic chillout, melodic electronic music and tech house while still sounding connected by arrangement and atmosphere.
The 2026 reworks make that continuity explicit: material first released more than a decade earlier is treated as living catalogue rather than archive, rebuilt with a contemporary production perspective while retaining the emotional structure of the originals.
The independent 2026 chapter
The official UOK Bandcamp is now the clearest direct destination for the project's newly issued material.
Serious Pug (Extended Edition 2026)
Released July 2, 2026, the six-track edition revisits U.O.K.'s tech-house side with extended versions including “Beyond Of Reality,” “Serious Pug,” “Truck On Highway,” “Happy Milkman,” “Morning Gloria” and “Data Provider.”
Reworks. Chapter I
Released July 6, 2026, the project reworks “Polar Express,” “First Snow (To Winter With Love)” and “The Disappearance Of The Sun” into softer, deeper and more atmospheric versions.
